ROOM 106 EVENTS-March 6th
Language Arts- Seven Sillies The story of the week was Seven Sillies. We have been working on the long e, ee sound. We are also learning about adjectives and continue to work on nouns, verbs and contractions.
Your child will be bringing home their reading book this Friday to read this story to you. Please have your child retell the story to you and answer questions about the story. Ask them to identify the characters, setting, problem, and solution. Please make sure they remember to bring their reading book back to school every MONDAY.
Spelling
There is no school next Friday so our spelling test will be Thursday, March 12th.
Spelling packets went home today so that students can work on it over the weekend if they choose.
